Pumpkin picking nestled in historic Sharpsburg, Maryland.

Hello! We are Chris and Jessica Lantz, and along with our 4 young children, we’ve planted lots of pumpkins and lots of big dreams. We started in 2018 with a roadside stand on the honor system, and with the support of our community our little pumpkin patch has grown to what it is today. It is our heart that you and your family find a warm inviting place to enjoy your fall weekends with your loved ones; we hope you can get away from the hustle and bustle and come, relax, and stay a while. Our goal is to provide a laid-back atmosphere where you can have some simple family fun on the farm!

Farm Activities

  • Pumpkin Picking

We plant over 12 acres of pumpkins and 40 different varieties. We offer jack o lantern pumpkins along with all different shapes, sizes, and colors of specialty pumpkins. Admission to the pumpkin patch is free!

  • Marketplace

We offer a small farm market filled with your fall needs. We try to source all of our items locally, including canned goods, honey, maple syrup, along with carving kits and fall decor.

  • Food and Drink

Each weekend we schedule local food trucks to come set up. We also offer baked goods from Stone Werks Coffee and Sweets along with fresh apple cider from Ivy Hill in Smithsburg, MD. We will also have a local brewery serving on site every Saturday and Sunday. We’re excited to have Cannon Coffee back some weekends as well!

  • Family Activities

We offer a variety of simple family friendly activities. The entry fee for the activity area is $7/person (2 and under are free). Included in admission is the hayride, corn maze, rolling racers, corn bins, giant straw mountain, mud kitchen, slides, a wooded play area, and more.

  • Live Music

One of our favorite things at the farm is the live music! We have a local band scheduled 12-3 every Saturday and Sunday through the season. Bring a blanket and chairs and kick back and enjoy some local talent. Check our schedule for specific bands.

  • Special Events

Check our calendar and social media pages for discount days/promotions and special events. We also offer the pumpkin patch for private photo sessions, field trips, and PTA nights. Please email antietampumpkins@gmail.com to inquire about reservations for any of the above.
